Basic Skills:
• Drawing reading & understanding knowledge of Tractor system.
• Fluency in operating CAD software like AutoCAD, CATIA V5/V6 (must).
• Operating knowledge of MS-Office, i.e. MS-Word, Excel, Power – Point etc.
• Good communication & presentation Skills.
Key Skills:
• Knowledge of Tractor working principles & functions. (Steering, Brake hydraulics and three point linkages etc).
• Knowledge of materials like mechanical properties, heat – treatment as per application.
• Basic knowledge of casting & forging used for Tractor components, i.e. steering arm, front support, housings, etc.
• Knowledge of ISO, IS, & DIN standards.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, Power steering, tractor field functions, implements.
• Knowledge of machining, surface finish & their symbols.
• Knowledge Fitment & Tolerance Stack-up analysis, exposure to types of fits & GD&T.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• 3D Modeling, Detailing & drafting.
• Engineering Design Release, Design Change & BOM (Bill of Material) Preparation.
• Knowledge of proto-type development & follow-up with related departments.
• Knowledge of Tractor systems & component testing.
• Reverse engineering & product benchmarking.
• Projects target achievement & time management
