Contract Review : Take-over of all order related documents and techno-commercial review with the concerned functional groups IN ORDER TO highlight open issues, any deviations in cost estimates and seek authorization for further processing and identify time and cost control areas.





Project execution & Coordination: Prepare implementation plan and detailed project execution schedule and work out target cost and target time-schedule, mobilize/allocate manpower and resources (including outsourcing), track & monitor progress, lead the interfaces with other deparments, consultant and vendors, seek support from management as required, coordinate with SRE, lead the project meetings and participate in key vendor negotiations/discussions, identify and evaluate risks, seek ways of reducing and controlling costs and risks, report progress and key issues to management, resolve issues and seek clarification on deviations and escalate if necessary IN ORDER TO meet project schedules / milestones and planned turnover.



EBIT Assets management: Facilitate timely inspections for large orders to control inventory, clarify client’s objections to speed up payment collections, facilitate closure of LD cases, periodically review debtors & out standings IN ORDER TO manage EBIT Assets within limits.



Claims management: Check for potential cost overruns against the orders and seek opportunities for development of case for lodging claims on time (e.g. price variation, insurance, duty drawback, additional scope) IN ORDER TO safeguard and/or improve the projected profitability.



Customer Complaint Resolution: Register customer complaints, discuss with concerned functional group and decide the plan of action IN ORDER TO resolve the complaint at the earliest and to the satisfaction of the customer.



Receivables Management: Facilitate timely inspections for the projects to control inventory, clarify client’s objections to speed up payment collections, facilitate closure of LD cases, IN ORDER TO liquidate outstanding.



Contract Closure: Co-ordinate all activities related to contract closure, resolve any open issues to the satisfaction of the customer and obtain completion certificate from the customer as per the terms of the contract IN ORDER TO close the contract as per schedule and ensure customer satisfaction.
