Supervise all the activities at Site & communicate systems, procedures & norms to all concerned and report the same to seniors.
Ensure deployment of men & machinery for all activities at Site.
Ensure all material, drawings and decisions are given to the contractor.
Discuss with seniors about causes of delay & take remedial action.
Avoid wastage of material by ensuring that material is issued in proper quantity.
Preparing & maintaining all ISO reports for management reporting.
To ensure that all safety measures are implemented at Site & report to the seniors.
