• Project Planning and Schedule (preference to MS Project working knowledge)
• Budget Planning for supply and services
• Contract analysis
• Co-ordination with Engineering consultant and Client for EPC.
• Build and maintain healthy customer relationship.
• Regular monitoring to achieve set targets.
• Co-ordination with supplier to ensure proper supply and services.
• Final handing over the Project to client.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams, viz, Engineering, SCM, Finance, Safety, Compliance, etc for necessary inputs.
• Strategic planning for Out sourcing, process improvement, procurement etc.
• Ensure schedule adherence by coordinating with customer, vendor, contractors, project team. MIS
• Ensure effective site closure and provide service during warranty
• Team building and motivating through various initiatives
• Conflict Management ability.
