Supervise day to day operations of site work.
Assign daily work schedule to laborer and site supervisor
Follow up with supervisors and laborers to ensure that work is being carried out/ executed as per the design drawing and meeting plan dates in the schedule.
Co – ordinate with architect regarding clarification in drawing.
Ensure the quality and safety implementation are undertaken at site.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report.
Assist in necessary project documentation – prepare and maintain records of all activities
Conduct meeting with supervisors, laborers and other engineers regarding the progress of work and other technical aspects of the project.
Assist and resolve any technical difficulty that may arise at site.
Deal with vendors and prepare the vendor management report.
Prepare the plan for material requirement.
Salary:
INR 1,50,000 - 2,25,000 P.A
