Planning, Designing, Managing & Executing Operations for Civil Construction of High Rise Residential / Commercial Projects.
Complete Project Management
Manage project schedules from subcontractor.
Prepare initial network of activities in simplified form for the project program.
Organizing the Site, Depute the staff .Supervise, Monitor and overall control of project.
To Prepare the Daily labour report, Daily progress report.
To check & prepare the monthly RA bill.
Verification and Certification of Vendors bill.
Preparing the Schedule of project and monitoring the same against the baseline.
Taking out the quantities of material required and arranging the samples, indenting the same & following it up for delivery of material.
Attending the Daily/ Weekly Meetings and implementing the MOM to site.
To co ordinate with Purchase, Accounts, HR dept for smooth and timely execution of work.
Salary:
Best in the Industry, First 6 Months rent free Bachelor's Accomodation.
