Skills Desired

1. Timing constraints maturity analysis using GCA or PT.

2. Signoff STA run and Timing reports analysis in Functional and test modes.

3. Analysis and Timing ECO scripts generation using PT flows.

4. DFT insertion through DFT-MAX, BSD compiler.

5. ATPG pattern generation and simulation.

6. Pattern debug experience on ATE.

7. Familiarity with functional verification at SoC/IP level

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience on related tasks.
