Drive Insurance & Assistance Cross-Sell Products across all Point-of-Sale (POS) Channels (SSP, Branch Metro, Branch Other Locations, Central Tele-Calling, Fulfilment, Storefront & Banking Sales Teams) by promoting best practices, training & support

1. Drive Insurance & Assistance Cross-Sell Products in Outbound Tele-Marketing Channel(s) by meeting required Productivity and Quality parameters

2. Develop and Launch Insurance & Assistance Cross-Sell Products in the SBI Cards S2S Vertical

3. Manage, and develop, Relationships across Channel stakeholders through frequent and regular interchange

4. Execute Channel wise strateg(ies) to increase Penetration of Cross-Sell products and ensure healthy lead conversion rate(s)

5. Develop Operating Plans for various Channels and successfully execute, in line with Business objectives

6. Develop and implement Incentive structures across Channels including Feet-on-Street (FOS) and other Non-FTE's

7. Publish relevant Channel-wise MIS

8. Co-ordinate with the Insurance and Assistance company Partners on Operations, NPI and strengthen existing relationships

9. Liaise with Operations Team as well as other internal and external stake-holders (including Insurance, Assistance and Channel Partners), for smooth functioning and running of operations
