1.Responsible for operations and overall service at the PSK
2. Manage ateam of CSEs and ensure excellent service delivery
3. Report to Regional Head of Business Operations
4.Responsible for Business Process compliances.
5.Co-ordinate/ Engagae with MEA staff deployed at PSK
6. Reponsible for P& L of the PSK.
7. Manage costs at the front office.
8. Responsible for all financial compliances / funds management andadmin/ NON IT functions at PSK
9.Obtain feedback of customers for service improvement
10.Handle Third Party / External Audits.
