Understand the overall strategy of the Bank and ensure that the branches and Head Office department work closely to implement the overall strategy.
Understanding the Banks budget preparation process and provide leadership and input to achieve the targets.
Manage, Monitor and apprise all reporting Managers and Officers through planned objective setting and targets.
Ensure that the Bank has functional and practical set of policies and procedures which are well understood and implemented in the Branches and Head Office departments.
Ensure that adequate audit controls are in place at all times in all the strategies formulated and implemented by the bank.
Salary:
Basic Salary + House Allowance+Transportation+Family Status+Other Benefit
