a senior management for Banking Domain with significant exposure to Financial Markets Domain. Candidates with exposure to similar roles in multi national banks in a global set up with international working experience preferred.
Must have direct management experience with large-scale initiatives involving diverse stakeholder groups. A Management degree or Bachelor degree in IT or computer science would be ideal for this job.
Ensures the projects and product development are effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups (including all Production Support Teams).
Proven leadership and consensus building skills. Solid and broad understanding of all aspects of fiscal management and information technology. Proven negotiation and mediation skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
Create visibility for the Financial Markets Opics projects team to ensure optimum utilization.
Ensuring the team is scaled up functionally and technically to handle the work / challenges to meet growing business needs
