1. Person should be process in depth expertise PIC, ARM, based H/W/, S/W design & development.
2. Proficiency in embedded system & protocol development i.e SPI, 12C, RS232, RS485, JTAG, PCI.
3. Expertise in embedded C & device driver development.
4. Leading H/W Design team to handle multiple projects.
5. Analog, digital circuit design, Microcontroller & system level designing used sensor application.
6. Development exp 8/16/32 bit microcontroller, PCB design technique to meet EMI/EMC international standard.
