The job is for whole company accounting not the plant accounting.
To overview whole accounts and finance function of the company, we expect
to close the year at around 100 Crores.
To support the team to maintain the quality of books of accounts
Timely MIS reporting, Costing, yearly Budgeting and weekly forecast etc.
Ensuring compliance with Forex transactions under FEMA
Thorough understanding of TDS/Sales Tax/ Imports and Exports/ Service tax
Exports Benefits and accounting thereof
Compliance with TDS/Sales Tax payments, returns etc
Good experience in Reconciliations ..sub-ledger vs General Ledger
Ensure Timely Reconciliation as per SOX requirements
Good knowledge of LCs, Bank Guarantees and Performance Bid Bonds
Exposure to ERP..preferably SAP, JDE, BPCS
Fixed Asset Accounting
Timely payments and supports to Sales Team for collections
Must be good in interpretation of laws
Exposure to Company Secretary Compliances
Good understanding of Sales Models...Mfg/Trading/High Seas Sales/Merchant
Trade
Understanding of International Transfer Price
Handled Statutory Audits

Good experience in Reconciliations ..sub-ledger vs General Ledger
Good knowledge of LCs, Bank Guarantees and Performance Bid Bonds
Exposure to ERP..preferably SAP, JDE, BPCS
Must be good in interpretation of laws
