Prime responsibilities include:



    Responsible for due diligence and risk assessment processes for managing customer credit in line with corporate credit policies
    Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer collections and vendor payments
    Ensure as a minimum weekly follow-up of out-standings, ensuring no AR over-dues over 7 days Be the first point of contact with Sales and Customer groups to drive improved working capital performance
    To manage and deliver weekly cash flow forecasts to management
    Direct senior management focus onto areas that require working capital improvements, recommend means to change and drive DSO improvements
    Contribute to the improvement of invoicing and payables management procedures
    Coordination with internal GSC(Global Service Centre) delivery teams, as required.
