Preferred Skills :
I Explaining the Finacials (including cash flow forecast and sensitivity analysis ) of renewable energy projects to potential clients and investors as well as analyzing the financial and business model of renewable energy projects.
II. Identifying sources of viable RE Projects using Commercial / Financial acumen.
III. Buiding effective relationships with investors and financial institutions specialising in funding renewable energy projects.
IV. Planning and preparing financial presentations, investment memoranda and other documents for key stakeholders.
Job Description :
1. Develop & Implement a reporting system to improve accounting & auditing procedures
2. You will have to prepare financial models for projects & compute the IRR of various projects.
3. Conduct feasibility study of projects. Work on Project costing (For on - goind Projects)
4 .You will also be responsible for management of external financial relationships with auditors , Tax advisors, bankers, insurers, Tax - authorities and pension providers, - Co-ordinating with the auditors for preparing and maintaining the profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, etc.
5. Preparing the saless plan for the coming Months depending on the average sales.
6 .Checking and Maintaining a watch over the various projects & Marketing Expenses and intimating to the superior for the same.
7 . Processing of monthly bills after calculation of TDS and disbursement of cheques to vendors, Vendors reconciliation statement,etc.
8 . Maintenance of filing system for all the monthly expenses /Income etc.
9. Banking relationship and bank Reconciliation
10. Assisting Accounts in all statutory documents like TDS, PF,PT,VAT etc. for all Finance related. compliance & in maintenance of complete books accounts for companies as per Indian company law.
11 . Responsible for following up payment receivable from customers.
12 . Keeping track of bills receivable & payable Invoicing of customers / partner and follow-up for receipts coordination and compliance for compliance for statutory and legal requirements.
13 . Processing of internal Employee claims i.e. Travel, Mobile Reimbursement, local Conveyance, etc. Internal claim processing statement.
14. Ensure accuracy & timeliness of report extract.
15 . Months end closing activities.
16 . Generating statement and MIS reports.
17 . The main responsibilities of this role are to develop and implement annual and stratefic financial plnas.
Requirement :
a) To be considered as a candidate for this role you will have at least 5 years of experience on a similar profile.
b ) you will also have a Bachelors Degree in Accounts / Finance / Economics and a MBA / Masters / Diploma again with a focus on Finance or related studies.
c) Maintaining strong accounting processing skills.
d) Knowledge of latest version of Tally.
e ) Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel) is essential.
f) Good in preparing accounting reports & financial reports.
g) Self - motivated and Hardworking
h ) High on ethics and Integrity.
i ) Good Oral and Written Communication.
j) Work experience in focus and Accounting Packages
