The AVP Finance and accounts will be responsible for overall Financial, Accounting and Taxation matters of the Company.
1. To lead a team of 10-15 junior /senior accountants, placed at Chennai and Mumbai
2. To manage teams handling Revenue, AR, AP, FA, Tax and Insurance.
3. To ensure accounting policies and processes are strictly laid out and implemented.
4. To coordinate and handle the statutory audit
5.To coordinate and handle internal audit
6. To coordinate and handle Tax audit
7. To prepare monthly MIS and Cash Flow Projections for the admin expenses and vendor payments.
8. To prepare and review Budgets and Variance Analysis.
9. To coordinate with the business and follow up on collections
10. To coordinate with business on the status of pending POs for execution
11. To coordinate with project team on the status of pending projects and project related sign off
12. To coordinate with AIM and POS project team to ascertain the status of the various projects
13. To coordinate with banks on raising working capital loans/Term loan and lease finance
14. To assist Head-Finance in management reporting and any other task as may be required.
