Brief description about the Client products/services: Manufacturers of Dyes for Textiles, auxiliaries and automotives



Roles & Responsibilities / KRA:

General accounting practices

Local and international accounting standards, Indian GAAP

IFRS

Transfer pricing regulations

Corporate tax laws

ERP Software preferably SAP



Job Description of the candidate (9-5):

Financial Accounting



General Ledger, Accounts payable -scrutiny

Verifying the outgoing payments before cheque printing



MIS reporting

Financial Accounting

Monthly MIS to KG, KPI reporting



Sales Tax



Handling assessments in co-ordination with Consultants sales tax matters



BKA audit

Reporting



Preparation of schedules in line with BKA guidelines

Audited BKA financial statements



Supervision



Supervising the work of three subordinates



Income tax



Furnishing of information/co-ordination with tax authorities

All TDS matters, returns other than Salary TDS



Tax audit



Preparation of schedules in line with tax accounting guidelines

Preparation of information for Form 3CD

Audited Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss for tax audit

All audit procedures to be observed for the above audits



Local audit



Preparation of schedules in line with local accounting guidelines

Preparation of additional information e.g. production, raw material consumption

Audited Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss per local statutory audit

All audit procedures to be observed for the above audits


Salary:

INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A
