1. Coordinating with Sr. Engineer Civil regarding execution and work progress.
2. Giving Instructions to new Labours.
3. Supervising all construction work on site like Leveling work and total Reinforcement Cement and Concrete (RCC)
4. Raising Purchase Requisitions and getting it sanctioned from PM.
5. Submitting Daily Duty Slip on work done to Sr. Engineer civil.
6. Checking and Updating the Labour records & forwarding the same to Sr. Engineer Civil.
7. Coordinating with safety supervisor in execution process.
8. Reporting of any case of quality or timeline noncompliance by the contractors or labours to Sr. Engineer Civil.
9. Controlling all wastages like power, water, consumables and labour.
10. Ensuring and assisting if required for the execution of work by contractors as per the safety norms.
11. Organizing weekly meetings with labours for receiving and sharing the updates about work.
