KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the smooth & efficient working of the Engineering Department.
• Responsible for Timely execution of all design work of pre-engineered steel buildings
• Lead, guide and supervise a team of Design Engineers, draughtsman and shop detailers.
• Responsible for working out quotations and estimates, preparing proposal drawings for the same.
• Responsible for sending competitive quotations & within the required timeframe and securing jobs
• Securing Approvals from Consultants / Customers
• Co-ordination with Sales/Mktg, Production/Purchase and Project/Erection teams.
• Achieving the targets and resource management

Graduate Civil Engineers, Masters Degree in Structural Engineering (preferred) with minimum 15-20 years of experience in Structural Steel/ Pre-Engineering Building Projects. Should have experience in leading a large team of design engineers, estimators & draughtsmen, ensuring compliance with stipulated codes & standards. Should be familiar with software’s like STAADPRO, MBS, Prokon & other inbuilt excel spreadsheets.
