Position details Planning, execution and implementation of critical high technology R&D projects from concept to commercialization,
Will be responsible for complete project planning including generating WBS & work packages, resource planning and work with technology managers for project execution & commercialization. Will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are executed as per the CG approved stage gate process. Ensure that gate reviews are conducted, quality and reliability processes are followed during the project execution.
Should be knowledgeable in technology management & planning.
Specific responsibilities
• Project execution from initiation to implementation including Micro level planning, execution, monitoring & final commercialization / Implementation. Ensure timely execution of project as per plan & using scientific tools
• Work with the technology managers, department heads & business development group for successful commercialization & implementation of R&D projects.
• Support to customer divisions by training & awareness on project management, project planning & documentations.
• Work with the customer divisions for future technology planning.
Salary:
INR 2,50,000 - 6,00,000 P.A
