Engineering Project Manager:
To plan, execute and commission the Capital Projects meeting QMS/EHS norms within the budgeted cost and time frame and to facilitate inculcation of OE culture in all spheres of the function & achieve business goals by imbibing OE philosophy as a way of working.
ROLE:
• The position holder is responsible for planning, execution & commissioning of the projects for Capacity Enhancement, Technological Up gradation and Compliance of Statutory Requirement with help of following employee strength-
o Contract labour/staff for Civil Construction, Capital & Fabrication Jobs: - 50(approx)
- The position holder ensures compliance of EHS/QMS norms by the contractors.
• The position holder initiates, helps implementation & reviews OE projects pertaining to Engineering function
• The position holder facilitates a cross-functional team for implementation of specific projects comprising of 5-8 members
Key Skills: Project execution,Maintenance,Man- management,Driving Self managed team structure,safety management.
Salary:
INR 14,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A
