Key Responsibilities
• Define, Review, Participate and implement commercial Policies & Procedures
• Monitor compliance with Statutory bodies etc
• Participate, monitoring, review and consolidation of Annual Budget.
• Define, Review and amend Finance Strategy, Funding structure and Liquidity Strategy
• Identification and Mitigation of Operational and Financial Risk
• Research & Analysis of peers for adoption of best practices, diversification of business and parking of short term surplus fund
• Review and Approve Financial Statements and present to board.
• Monitor Account Receivable, Accounts Payables .
• Rationalize working capital, prioritization of payment
• Perform budget control Review Accounting Policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate closure & consolidation of the books, implementation of Accounting System and Accounting Policies
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, timely payment of statutory dues, filling of returns on time
• Generate / collect and review Prompt and accurate monthly and periodic reports. Manage Internal and External Audit
