 Concept Design, full mould assembly drawing with BOM and detailed drawings of mould component.



 Tolerance analysis and manufacturing feasibility analysis.



 Mould flow analysis report interpretation.



 Must work with both 3D design software (UG or Pro/E) and 2D design software (AutoCAD).



 Must work in the shift (1st shift or 2nd shift).



 Conduct mould design review with team.



 Managing design documents as per the Company Standards / Rules.



 Need to have very good engineering analytical knowledge about Plastic Injection Moulds.



 Knowledge of Precision Mould Design for Consumer & Electronics, Health Care (Medical Parts) and Packaging (Caps & Closures).



 Knowledge of tolerance analysis, plastic mould making and molding.


Salary:

INR 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A. Best in the industry. Commensurate with Qualification, Expertise and Relevant Industry Experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:

(UG - Any Graduate, Graduation Not Required, Diploma - Engineering, Other Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course, Post Graduation Not Required, PG Diploma - Other)

 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Post Diploma in Tool Design or Plastic Mold Design or Diploma in Tool & Die Making from NTTF or any other premier institutes.



 Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience only in Plastic Injection Moulds Design is a must.



 Knowledge of Uni-Graphic (UG) software is added advantage preferred and Pro/E knowledge also will be considered.



 Auto CAD knowledge is a must and essential.



 Should have designed Hot Runner Moulds, 3 Plate Moulds, Moulds with Lifters / Sliders and Mechanisms.



 Prior experience in Designing of Plastic Injection Moulds in Consumer & Electronics, Health Care (Medical Parts) and Packaging (Caps & Closures) will have more preference.



 Good knowledge of tolerance analysis, plastic mould making and moulding is added advantage.



 Good team player and must work well with rest of the team.
