Purpose of the position: Designs, develops, validates and documents with detailed solid models and drawings, various mechanical systems



Key responsibilities:

• Apply creative thinking to generate solution for a given requirement

• Develop detailed solid models and drawings of solutions using PRO Engineer

• Select and specify materials to satisfy design intent while minimizing costs

• Apply theoretical knowledge of design and mechanical engineering principles to solutions

• Communicates design approach and tradeoff analysis



Technical Skills required:

• 3-D Modeling, 3-D Surfacing, Drawings

• Proficient in ProE

• DFMEA

• Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing



Candidate Profile:

• 2-6 yrs of experience in mechanical design with thermo plastic components design(product design)

• BE/diploma in Mechanical engineering preferred

• Certification from CIPET institution preferred

• Highly independent and a self starter
