PD:



• Top/ Block level floor planning, power planning and IR drop analysis

.

• Timing closure with Xtalk and OCV

• Multimode multi corner optimiz ation and closure.

• Clock tree synthesis and advanced clock tree implementation

.

• Top/Block level timing closure with sign off STA.

• Scan chain reordering.

• Top/Block level ECO implementation involving netlist level logical changes.

• Scripting experience in Perl/TCL.

• Library performance analysis and fine tuning for implementation.

• Excellent debugging skills in implementation issues and ability to come up with creative solutions.

• Exposure to designs critical for power, area and timing at the same time.

• Technologies from 90nm and below.

• In depth exposure in Implementation in any of the following platforms

(Magma/ Encounter/Mentor/ Synopsys/ Atoptech).

• Tool exposure in sign off (DRC /LVS /PT)

STA: • Experience in Synthesis, STA and Timing closure activities of Full Chip and IPs

• Experience in setting up full chip synthesis flow and develop synthesis constraints

• Experience in STA and timing closure activities and coming up with STA constraints for the design.

• Should be able to setup and own/drive the STA and timing closure activities for the design.

• Experience with Synopsis DC & Synopsys Primetime tools and Primetime SI tools is required.

• Experience with Cadence RC and ETS is a preferred.

• The candidate should have very good knowledge about Architecture, RTL, Netlist and DFT methodology.

• Should be able to write simple scripts to process the reports, come up with ECO etc.,

• Should understand the whole Physica l Design flow and should be able to provide inputs for implementation.

• Should have timing closure experience for at least 2 full chips SOC designs.
