We are looking for an experienced Design & Manager for handling the Design, Research & Development of Thermocouple Sensors, RTDs (Mechanical)
The Candidate should be skilled in the following
1. Providing technical assistant for supplier and in house workshop to develop the new components.
2. Gathering product specifications & designing and modifying /upgrading existing designs using pro-e (wildfire-2.0, 3.0, 4.0), Auto Cad, Catia V5 r18.
3. Making Assembly Drawing and Its Part Detailing With Its B.O.M.
4. Creating Assay, designs & drawings & conducting analysis to identify any weaknesses & make relevant modifications in the same.
5. Conducting trials & tests, identifying any changes and making final modifications in components for routine production.
7. Making QAP Documents, PPAP Documents, APQP Documents.
8. Providing Supplier Technical assistant to develop new component
9. Sound knowledge of Welding Processes and WPS Generation.
10. Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Process.
11. Coordinating with the Customer's Design and Quality Department for Design.
12. Reverse Engineering for Drawing Creation of Thermcouples and RTDs.
Project Coordination
1. Coordinating the project activities and drawing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings are per the specifications of clients.
2. Preparing the project schedules for ensuring completion of projects within stipulated time and quality norms.
3. Providing sound technical inputs & engineering support to the team from conception to completion stage of the product.
4. Leading & monitoring the team members to ensure timely completion of various projects; delegating the work schedules.
