The candidate will join Air Quality Control System group’s R&D team in Kolkata as R&D engineer. The main responsibilities will be:
-Support or lead R&D projects for upgrading the fabric filter design
-Evaluation of existing concepts and designs of fabric filters
Development of new concepts, in close collaboration with the Product Manager,
-Preparation of manufacturing drawings and specifications
-ead lab and field testing for evaluation of new concepts
-Support the sourcing and manufacturing process as needed
Salary:
INR 3,00,000 - 6,50,000 P.A

- Design of mechanical components (including structural) of Fabric Filters (low ratio and high ratio designs)
- Proficiency in use of AutoCAD. Experience on 3D CAD software like Catia V-5 will be an added advantage
- Exposure to ESP (Electrostatic precipitators) sizing and design of mechanical components
- Exposure to thermal and structural analysis with FEM will be beneficial
- Exposure to filtration concepts with fabric media (or equivalent)
- Sound knowledge of materials and other engineering standards (IS, ASTM, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
