Job Description:
1. Understanding crane project site activities for assigned projects.
2. Make project schedule (Erection & Commissioning) in MS Project based on component delivery, local material delivery.
3. Ensure site requirements of Erection and commissioning.
4. Endure proper coordination with Customer & respective customer counterpart.
5. Monitor closely the daily site activities, update the plan accordingly & report the respective manager & have buy- in for customer for changed plan.
6. Support head office in follow up with customer for approvals, site readiness & payments collection.
7. Ensure proper handover of the crane to customer in coordination with service department.
8. Close the punch list points in coordination with contractor, head of Department & Service.
9. Will be looking after two to three projects under execution at a time.
10. To provide necessary support for fulfilment of Health & Safety requirements.
11. Tracking issues and follow up with respective / concerned person / department to solve the same at earliest.
12. Upkeep and maintain integrity, discipline and the corporate image within and outside the organisation.

Hands-on Experience on Crane erection and commissioning activities
