Job Description
Managing the projects in their Respective region
To ensure that guidelines; procedures and methods for erection/ Installation of Interarch products are being followed in the Department.
To review the Contract documents to take action; to meet various contractual terms and conditions laid in contract documents.
To prepare project schedule; if required; get it approved by client. To ensure project is executed as per the schedule.
To establish required site infrastructure and resources for execution.
To establish standard time/ resource norms for execution of works on site.
To co ordinate with client/ customers for project matters pertaining to site execution; contractual obligations; invoicing; drawings; amendments/ changes in scope of work during execution of project.
To co ordinate with various departments within the company for all project related matters.
To ensure overall sucessful and timely completion of projects. To initiate process for taking CAR and WC policies
To conduct pre execution meeting at site. To clear erectors bills; certification work.
To ensure quality of work at site
Desired Profile
Should have experience in large Industrial projects/ pre engineered building, industrial steel buildings.
Experience in Site Execution.
Preferably from peb sector; who can look after exection & erection / quality of various projects ongoing in Respective zone. Persons having 3 + Years experience should have through knowldege of getting sites executed. Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech( Mechanical/ Civil)
