• Good knowledge of materials & Construction detail.
• Should be able to handle & resolve site issues.
• Interaction with client, contractor, consultants & vendors required.
• Preparing tender documents.
• Checking of Bills, produced by the contractor.
• Preparing and analyzing of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Setting up dead line for work completions and achieving the same. (Scheduling of Works).
• Should be able to control the quality of work on site
• Meet the Business Objectives for Sales & Customer Service of the specialty project
• Project tracking, handling & executing and ensuring on-time delivery of products
• Interpretation of concept drawings, layout , Detailed drawings, GA & PID drawings.
• Documentation of project, tracking and reporting of project status report.
• Ensure the quality standard of the product & project.
• Installation & commissioning of project with site visit for detailing.
• Interaction with client on technical aspect.
• Co-coordinating with factory & marketing team.
• Liaison with the customer
