•Process Design Basis & Process Description and Control Scheme.

•Familiar with National &international Design codes like API, ASME & NACE

•Basic Engineering, FEED and Detailed Process Designn Activities such as preparation of PFD and P & ID, Linelist, Material Balance, Hydraulic Check, Sizing Of Process Equipment, Preparation Of Process Datasheet, technical specifications,Safety Valve Load Calculations etc.

•Process Simulation(HYSYS & PRO II).Experience Flarenet,Pipesim,Pipenet & Heat Exchanger design in HTRI is preferable.

•Interaction and co-ordination with project/ customer/other engineering disciplines/vendors as required.

•Leadership qualities to lead a team of Process Engineers &draftsmen, and effective job distribution controlling quality & expediting of deliverables.

•Review and approval of process deliverables. Ensure all work carried out confirms with agreed codes and practices and meets all requirements of the contract specifications.

•Review/preparation of Man Hour Estimates.

•Ensure quality of documents.

•Development/ upgration of Technical skills,standards and specifications. Training to GETs and Engineers.

•Experience of HAZOP.
