• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
• Requires extensive regular contact with the assigned consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors involved in the project.
• Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
• Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
• Participating in contractor meetings and resolving engineering and project management issues.
• Review and approve project Vendor invoices.
• Ensure effective engineering and Client communications
• Prepare Weekly/Monthly project status reports
