The candidate should be able to handle the entire interior site independently( Project size 2-5 crore)
Review and comment on all interior designs and project cost estimates
Providing technical leadership on all interior related activities for the project and maintain civil/ interior standard specifications.
Pro-actively liaising and coordinate with project engineers and other parties as required to ensure that all interior/ civil related are cleared and managed in an efficient way.
Ensuring material is utilized in an optimum way on site with minimum wastages
Recording all material issued and used on site
The project documentation to be done as required
Responsible for project completion based on timeline
Handling team & vendors on site
Project reporting in the structured formats specified on regular basis to the Management
Salary:
INR 1,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A
