Reporting to MD
1. Develop and implement Project Management Plan for Construction Business.
2. Review Work Break down structure for each project and manages milestone work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements,
3. Identify resources needed and assigns responsibilities to Project Managers, Planning Head and Coordination In-Charge.
4. Identify resources needed on the project from Manpower, material and machinery stand point of view,
5. Delegate day-to-day operational aspects of various multi-location projects to Project Managers.
6. Develop and advise scope of work to project managers, manages contractual issues related to project with cross functional team.
7. Review deliverables and milestones prepared by Project Managers before passing to internal and external client.
8. Effectively applies Project Management methodology and enforces Standard Operating Procedures for each projects.
9. Oversee and prepares Quality Management System for construction and incorporates the plan in Project Management Plan,
10. Oversee and Prepares Safety Management Plant for construction and incorporates the plan in PMP,
11. Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
12. Develop Risk Management practices and procedures for each project and minimizes exposure and risk on the projects.
13. Oversee Planning Schedules and mile stones for each project,
14. Ensure Legal Procedure are completed for each project from land, labour, material stand point of view,
15. Ensure Document Control procedures are in place for each project and project documents are complete, current, and stored in safe, and appropriately.
Soft Skills: Strong Leadership, Administrative, Interpersonal and Communication Skills. Excellent at verbal and written English, Hindi.
Other Skills: Auto CAD, MS Project/Primaveira, MS Office

Should be from top 10 construction companies in India and should have executed large building projects
Experience of executing/managing green building projects will be an added advantage
Shoud not have frequent job changes
Age : 45-48 Yrs
