1) Should be able to independently design RCC and Steel structures using design software such as STAAD Pro and use of MS Excel templates and coordinate with draftsmen to produce construction drawings.

2) Co-ordinate with clients / architects as required to understand and implement Project requirements.

3) In addition Sr Design Engineers should be able to lead, supervise and monitor a group of Design Engineers and Draftsmen.
