Job Description
ï‚® Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
ï‚® Leading large teams of workers and professionals and handling allocation of tasks within teams based on skills profile.
ï‚® Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction.
ï‚® Preparing:
o Bills for payments and estimating quantities & order of materials for construction.
o Schedule of quantities, measurement sheets & following up with client/consultant regarding drawings, design, etc.
o Bar Bending Schedule, monitoring all activities.
ï‚® Monitoring activities of sub-structure and super-structures.
ï‚® Attending meeting with representative of client for payment and review of progress.
Desired Profile
1. Candidate should have exposure in Residential and Industial Projects Execution.
2. Minimum experience required 5 years for Site Engineer and 7 Years for Sr.Engineer.
3. Candidate should be acquaintance with construction softwares.
4. Excellent communication and team handing skills.
