Designation: Project Engineer - Civil (Sugar projects)
Plan for monitoring of Project, timeframe bound programme, to assist Project Manager in implementation of task with quality, cost and within schedule
Qualification
B.E – Civil / Diploma in Civil.
Experience: More than 5 - 12 years of experience for projects in Sugar Projects.
Location: Africa Location (Ethiopia)
Roles:
1. More than 5 years of working experience in Civil or Construction Section of sugar projects.
2. Follow up with supplier or sub-contractor to implement the assignment given.
3. To monitor and assess Civil construction progress as per schedule.
4. Cost & Quality Control.
5. Knowledge of safety norms & site construction and ability to read civil drawings.
6. Ensure delivery of construction materials as per agreed time lines by continuous and timely follow-up.
7. Prepare master project schedule with the project manager and monitor all schedule and bring trouble spots to the attention of project manager.
8. Technical issues arising at the time of erection & commissioning.
9. Safety norms and precautions to be taken while working on project / visiting project site like manmade and natural disasters.
10. Adherence to Safety Protocols at Site during the erection & commissioning of equipments.
Reporting to: Department Head – Sugar Projects.
