Project Manager ( Work Exp: 10+ Years )
•Site coordination for execution of works.
•Resolve drawing inconsistencies from consultants before execution at site.
•Obtaining drawings from consultants as per drawing release schedule.
•Providing all required details to the contractors for execution.
•Obtaining required decisions and clarifications from clients and consultants.
•Follow up with vendors on committed dates in the MOM.
•Monitoring status of BOQ, PO, material delivery, bills etc.
•Driving the project as per planned schedule by resolving conflicts.
•Maintaining all documentation as required.
•Overall responsibility of entire team deliverables.
•Ensuring compliance of works as per IS Codes, technical specifications and industry best practices.
•Ensuring Quality and Safety standards at site.
•Conducting and coordinating the site meetings and ensure that team working environment are kept at site.
•Reporting both to clients and internally the right information at right time.
Quantity Surveyor ( Work Exp: 5-10 Years )
•Obtaining BOQs from consultants and vetting of quantities.
•Monitoring the release of PO and subsequent delivery of materials to site in time.
•Obtaining bills from all vendors before every month, vetting of quantities in bills and submitting to clients with in stipulated time.
•Prepare a data base of unit rates of items useful for budgeting.
•Monitoring the client supply materials.
•Advising the Senior Resident Project Manager about the quantities executed and any variations
•Keeping track of Non Tendered Items, Change orders and Variation quantities.
•Keeping track of Material Approval Requests and make sure the materials approved are as per the specifications and required Standards.
Site Engineer / Quality & Safety ( Work Exp: 5-8 Years )
•Supervising the works at site
•Plan and monitor site activities and resources on day to day basis
•Checking of formwork, cutting and bending of reinforcement steel as per approved Bar Bending Schedule and supervising the concreting activities.
•Advising the quantities executed at site on day to day basis to PM - QS and helping in advising the quantities in vetting the quantities of BOQ
•Helping in preparing the rate analysis
•Preparing and checking of bills.
•Checking of quality and safety of works at site
•Advising Sr. Resident Project Manager on Quality, Safety and planned v/s achieved quantities on day to day basis.
•Working in Shifts either day or night alternatively as per site requirements and act as a Project Manager in Shifts.
•Checking Slum, quality and workability of concrete.
•Ensuring the wastages are kept under control on the entire client supplied materials.
•Going through the drawings and ensuring that the desired quality / standards are met as per consultants / architects requirements.

•Coordination between Consultants and Architects for services drawings and making sure that the proper head room is achieved in the working areas
•Making sure that the services coordinated drawings are generated and issued to site from respective consultants
•Arranging and coordinating Services meetings for respective buildings and ensuring that the buildings are designed for the services required standards
•Making sure that all the activities at site are executed as per the required standards
•Keeping track of quality and safety of service contractors working at site
•Advising Senior Resident Project Manager on day to day basis about the services part and make sure that it is running on track.
•Giving inputs on the productivity of the services contractors and liaise between different services contractors and civil contractor to work smoothly at site
•Keeping a track on drawings issued against required as per the agreed drawing release schedule.
•Taking out quantities as per drawings and working with PM – QS on checking the quantities in BOQ
•Coordinating with other regions and advising them about the services inputs for smooth execution and coordinating the requisite drawings etc.,
